If you like to make french toast, try mini french toast.  It is just like regular french toast, but mini.  There are several ways to make mini french toast and they are all very tasty.  Last weekend I prepared mini french toast by cutting a regular slice of bread into 4 sections.  The french toast pieces were small enough for dunking, dipping and eating in two bites.  My kids loved them and I did as well. I like to top my mini french toast with cinnamon and real maple syrup.

P.S. Don’t forget to add a dash of sugar to your egg mixture to make your mini french toast extra golden brown.

My husband was eating his oatmeal this morning and he was telling me how much he enjoys this meal in the morning, especially with a hot cup of coffee.  The oatmeal looked so tasty that I had to take a picture and post the recipe online for everyone to enjoy.   So  here goes:

Ingredient’s

One packet of instant oatmeal. (We like to use Natures Promise Organic Apples and Cinnamon)

A few tablespoons of brown sugar.

A splash of milk.

How To make “Oatmeal Island”

Prepare the oatmeal per the directions.

Once the oatmeal is prepared, push it to the middle of the bowl like an island to keep the heat in.

Put the brown sugar on top of the oatmeal island.

Pour the milk around the oatmeal island.

Eat and Enjoy!

P.S. Do not forget to prepare a hot cup of coffee or tea with a few spoonfuls of Agave syrup.
