sell, sell, sell!! You can make some fast cash is you sell your unwanted and unused items at a yard sale. Spring is a great time of year to clear out your basement and your attic of items that you no longer need and no longer use. I make it a habit of cleaning out my home at least 4 times per year and I still have stuff left over every time. I used to like to save things no matter whether I was going to use them or not but just because I liked them and then I realized that I could make some cash by selling my stuff that I just don’t need anymore. You may have clothes that are too small, shoes that don’ t fit anymore. kitchen items and appliances you don’t even use, kids toys that your kids have outgrown, tables, chairs, throw pillows, printers, computers and so much more. It is soo easy to have a yard sale too, just take all of your items that you would like to sell and place on your front lawn, place some yard sale signs around the neighborhood, and you WILL get people looking. Make sure to have your yard sale on a nice weekend and to have your stuff for sale for a good 3-4 hours or so. Anything that is left over after the yard sale should be brought to your local dump and or swap shop, just get rid of it! You will feel better once your home is clutter free, trust me.
