Easy Seasoned Potatoes with Sour Cream and Chives


This recipe is very easy! Grab as many potatoes as you need to feed your family, cut them into bit sized pieces. Lay them on a cookie tray. Season them with salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees until tender (about 30 minutes). Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.  Top with sour cream and chives. Enjoy!
