Use your ketchup
Ketchup is a very popular condiment in the USA and why not, it tastes so good on french fries, hamburgers and hot dogs! As of late I have been purchasing organic ketchup, which has a sweeter taste than regular ketchup and my family loves it, we put it on everything!
When we go through a fast food drive thru we make sure to get extra ketchup so we can store some in our car and at home just in case we happen to run out. Over the years I have read some neat ways to make use of ketchup, below are some neat ideas for using ketchup and ketchup bottles.
Neat Ketchup Uses
1. Freeze leftover ketchup packets and use as mini booboo packs. Kids will love them. They are so small and cute and they fit perfectly on a little booboo.
2. Use ketchup to shine your copper and silver. Whether it is a pot or pan, jewelry or a knick knack, the ketchup will eat away at the tarnish (thanks to the acid in tomato’s) and make your copper or silver shine like new.
3. If you are all out of pasta sauce, you can use ketchup on your pizza. Squirt some ketchup onto an english muffin, pizza dough or pita and top with cheese, meat and veggies. Cook until done.
Use your leftover ketchup bottles to:
Pour pancake batter.
Dispense sour cream.
Store leftover paint.
To hold homemade sauces, salad dressings and shampoos.
